Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (a letter sent by post). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, exclusive of delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts concluded via the online shop schmuckling.de.
Contractual partner

Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking on the “Buy” button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
Prices and payment terms
The prices stated include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs are charged additionally.
Delivery and shipping
Delivery will take place within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment. The shipping costs are 5.99 EUR in germany. Further information about delivery and shipping can be found on our shipping page.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.
Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty provisions apply. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use or handling of the goods.
Data protection
We use your data exclusively to process your order and comply with applicable data protection laws. Further information on the processing of your data can be found in our data protection declaration.
Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods do not apply.
